Brand/Consumer Relationship History – We provide to you a complete history of the brand’s relationship with your consumer target, specifically analyzing the ups and downs (and their causes) throughout the relationship cycle.

 

Target Consumer “Prescriptions” – We provide to you a comprehensive framework on the type of consumer your brand has tried to establish a relationship with in the past, and the type of consumer who they should be trying to meet in the future. Its not just about demographics, we provide a complete picture of your target, including their personality, aspirations, and how your brand fits as a part of their life.

Brand/Consumer Interaction Observation – Through proprietary qualitative techniques, we get a first hand observation and understanding of your target consumer’s relationship with your brand. We know the right questions to ask and ask them in the right way to enable your consumer to talk freely and openly about their brand relationships and their opinions on their relationship’s future with your brand.

 

Brand Therapy Sessions – Our therapy sessions with the brand management team, as stewards of the brand-consumer relationship, seek to uncover the team’s hopes, dreams, and fears around the brand.

 

Brand Personality Inventory (BPI) - Also known as a brand character document, the Brand Personality Inventory provides a comprehensive description of what the brand’s characteristics were if it were human. The BPI will ensure that all internal associates and all external agencies will all be on the same page as to how to describe the brand and how it will plan to engage consumers in a relationship

 

Brand “Breakthroughs” and Rehabilitation – Together, we arrive at key “breakthroughs” defined as the identification of past mis-steps, opportunities missed, or future upside in the brand’s relationship with consumers, and put together a multi-faceted rehabilitation plan to heal and ultimately strengthen the relationship.

 

Brand Support Groups – We conduct ongoing support groups with management teams to ensure that brand treatment is still being adhered to, the treatment plan is still effective, and suggest alternatives if modifications need to occur.
